Dear Neighbor,
Our office is hosting another community vaccine clinic at Schurz High School on Wednesday, June 2 from 9:00am - 3:00pm. We will be administering the Pfizer vaccine, meaning anyone over the age of 12 can get vaccinated!

Eligibility for this clinic is open to anyone over the age of 12. Insurance isn't required, but please bring it if you have it. Parents will need to accompany children under the age of18 to their appointment.
