Call for Volunteers
Dear neighbor,
I'm reaching out today to share some exciting news. We've got an amazing opportunity to get 1,000 vaccines to our neighbors who need them the most at our very own Community Vaccine Clinic on Friday, April 30.
But we need your help getting people registered for appointments in a very short window of time. We only have a week to get folks in our hardest hit communities signed up to get vaccinated.
So please join us for phone-banking shifts the week before our April 30 clinic to help register our neighbors in Belmont Cragin and Hermosa for appointments. There will be a brief training at the beginning of each phone bank to familiarize you with the process.

We're also a few volunteers short for the day of our clinic, and are especially in need of bilingual volunteers. Volunteers will assist with check-in, registration, crowd control, and other tasks. You can sign-up to help at our April 30 clinic all day, or for a morning or afternoon shift. All volunteers will be able to get vaccinated at the event!
We are so excited to bring these much needed vaccines into our community to help close Chicago's vaccine equity gap by connecting our most vulnerable neighbors with vaccine appointments right here in the district.
