🍂🍁 Thank you for joining us!

Dear Neighbor,

Last Saturday, my office had the pleasure of bringing together community partners and health services for our Annual Fall Family Health Fair at Kosciusko Park! We partnered with Alderman Carlos Rosa from the 35th Ward and the Koz Park Advisory Council for a great event.

We're grateful that our partners at Walgreens distributed flu and covid vaccines, and Centro San Bonifacio and the National Association of Hispanic Nurses provided blood pressure and glucose checks. Local businesses Epic Studio Barbers gave free haircuts to kids, and Prism Games held card and board game demos. We also had 30 community organizations and neighboring elected offices join us to offer health services, resources, and giveaways.

Thank you to all community organizations, elected offices, volunteers, and attendees who made this year’s fair a success!

As always, any and all feedback is appreciated. If you have any questions about our community partners or the services they offer, please reach out to us and we will be happy to connect you.

All my best,

Will
