Small Business Relief
Small businesses impacted by COVID-19 can receive federal aid through Illinois’ newly expanded Community Navigator Program!
Community navigators provide the following services:
Outreach to hard-to-reach or underserved businesses to raise awareness of opportunities for federal or state support
1-on-1 technical assistance to small businesses to help them understand eligibility and apply for economic support
Offer services in multiple languages
Share information on small business barriers with DCEO to ensure programming is accessible

More Support for Small Businesses:
SBA Disaster Declaration: In coordination with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), Illinois has received a statewide Economic Injury Declaration to secure access to emergency loans for small businesses. Business advisors at Illinois SBDC’s will assist with the application process, which can be found here. You can locate your nearest Small Business Development Center here or text LOCATE to 7234
